 GRAPHITE POWDERS

Natural graphite is a high temperature, dry solid lubricant that performs at extreme pressures and high temperatures. Used to fortify greases and oils, graphite leaves a lubricating residue as the carrier evaporates for long lasting lubrication Natural graphite acts as an excellent conductor of heat and electricity and won’t impede equipment performance. Wilmar offers a broad variety of grades and container sizes to serve numerous applications.

FLAKE GRAPHITE

Sized for loose and medium tolerance applications, Wilmar’s natural graphite flakes are available in large and medium sized variants:

#1 Large (+50 mesh) Large ground graphite is available in 1 and 5-lb cans and 25 lb drums.

#2 Medium (+200 mesh) Medium ground graphite is available in 1 and 5-lb cans and 25 lb drums.

GROUND GRAPHITE

Sized for close tolerance applications Wilmar’s ground graphite flakes are available in fine and extra-fine sized variants:

635 #3 (-200 mesh) Fine ground graphite is available in 1 and 5-lb cans and 25 lb drums. Microfyne (-325 mesh) Extra-fine ground graphite is available in 1 and 4-lb cans and 25 lb drums.

AMORPHOUS GRAPHITE

Highly economical, 80% pure, polycrystalline extra-fine, graphite powder delivers more graphite than found in competing brands Slightly less pure than flake graphite, amorphous graphite is ideal for large-scale applications; the combination of high graphite content and low ash provides both lubrication and light cleaning.

620/205 Amorphous (-325 mesh) Fine ground graphite is available in 1 and 5-lb cans and 25 lb drums.

LUBE TUBE

Extra-fine, multi-purpose powder lubricant for small space application in an easy to use 6 gm. tube.
